Storage Agreement

Anyone storing with Celestine Storage is required to provide proof of insurance and complete the Storage Agreement in advance of storage.

You can fill out the Storage Agreement online via a Google form. You can email us a copy of your insurance information to help@celestinestorage.com, and then pay by mail, online, or when you arrive with your item. If you have issues filling it out, we can do it over the phone with you.
