Renewal Storage Agreement
Each season, anyone storing with Celestine Storage is required to complete the Renewal Storage Agreement in advance of storage.
If you have changed the items you are storing, we need you to fill out a new complete contract, not this renewal form.
If you have changed companies you insure with, you can text or email us that new info, and we will update it in our records.
You can fill the Renewal Storage Agreement out online via a Google form. If you have issues filling it out, we can do it over the phone with you.
