Seasonal Storage

We offer both warm-season and cold-season storage of your recreational items.

Many customers use us for year-round storage, combining a warm season and off-season choice. Give us a call to discuss any year-round storage needs you have.

WARM-SEASON STORAGE

If you like having quick and easy access to your recreational item, we offer several different types of storage:

• Enclosed Storage
  Miller Buildings @ South Facility - Any time access via our 16-foot wide and 14-foot tall garage doors in these warehouse-style buildings with concrete floors and metal walls.

• Roof Covered Storage

  • Anton Building @ North Facility - Any time access to a roof covered 16 ft wide, 45 ft deep, 12 feet tall (for the first 30 feet, then sloped for the last 15 feet) parking spot. The building has an open wall to the east for easy access. Little to no wind or rain will touch your item, only morning sunshine will briefly touch your item. The building is at our North facility with a gated/locked fence.

  • Monica Building @ North Facility - 45-foot-deep, 12-foot wide parking spot with any-time access inside our concrete floor and metal roof hoop building. The center parking spots of the building are up to 25 feet tall, and the outside parking spots are over 10 feet tall. Four parking spots on each end of the building. The building features a curved roof that prevents birds from nesting. The building is open to the North and South and can sometimes have wind and rain along with sunshine on the south end. The building is at our North facility with a gated/locked fence.

• Open Parking Lot Storage
  North Facility - In the ample parking area to the east of our hoop building behind our access gate with no roof or cover.

COLD-SEASON STORAGE

When you are done with your item at the end of the season you will drop off your property in our large parking area and our staff will park them inside our buildings starting around October 15th thru the end of the year.

Most of our winter storage is what we describe as "traffic jam style," where we use our farm equipment to precisely back and position items bumper to bumper in long rows, just like a traffic jam on a freeway. Once an item is parked is there for the remainder of the winter season. If an item must be removed before the pull-out date we do that at an hourly charged rate.

Then by April 15th, we will pull items out for pick up (the pull-out date depends on weather).

We offer six different types of off-season storage:

• Heated Enclosed Concrete Floor Storage
  Miller Buildings @ South Facility - In one of our two concrete floor fully enclosed buildings. Temperatures will be kept at a minimum of 40 degrees and monitored by an alarm system. Buildings are 19 feet tall inside with access via 16 foot wide and 14-foot tall garage doors. Any-time access is available for an extra fee.

• Enclosed Concrete Floor Storage (Not Temperature Controlled)
  Miller Buildings @ South Facility - In one of our two concrete floor fully enclosed buildings. Buildings are 19 feet tall inside with access via 16 foot wide and 14-foot tall garage doors. Any-time access is available for an extra fee.

• Enclosed Rock Floor Storage (Not Temperature Controlled)
  Amelia Building @ North Facility - In a rock floor fully enclosed building. The building is naturally ventilated but prevents direct sunshine, wind, or rain from reaching your item. The Buildings are 14 feet tall inside with access via 14 foot wide and 14 foot tall sliding doors. Any-time access is available for an extra fee.

• Open Air Roof Covered Storage
  Monica Building @ North Facility - In our concrete floor with a metal half-moon hoop roof. The building is 25 feet tall in the middle parking spots. Any-time access is available for an extra fee.

• Open Air Roof Covered Storage
  Anton Building @ North Facility - In a rock floor building with a ceiling and three walls with an opening to the east. This building will be an excellent cover for your item, keeping it dry, away from wind except from the east, and exposing it only to a little morning sun. The building is 11.5 feet tall.

• Open Parking Lot Storage
  In the ample parking area around our buildings but behind our access gate

There are options to pay extra to have access to your item if parked on the ends of the buildings. Most items stored will not be accessible until removed from the buildings around April 15. Some exceptions at extra charge are possible.

Customers are required to sign a waiver, deliver contact information, and provide proof of insurance and payment before they are allowed to store their property on-site.
