Year Round Storage

We have several different building types we offered customers storage in, summertime, wintertime, and year-round.

Our South Facility features two concrete floor metal wall fully enclosed buildings. Our buildings are essentially the width of 3 freeway highway lanes. For Summertime Anytime Access we have striped them so on the left and right walls we have very long parallel parking spots with a road down the middle. This allows for very easy backing into a parking spot along with easy hookup and departure.

In the wintertime, we fill in the middle row and park items bumper to bumper essentially turning it into a 3 lane interstate highway traffic jam. We have an option to be parked on the ends of the rows so you can have access throughout the winter.

We provide summer season and also year-round access to these fully closed spots. Access is through our 16 foot wide by 14-foot tall roll-up doors for you to keep your recreational property inside our fully enclosed buildings at our facility.

You are provided building access to pick up and drop off your property at your leisure.

Additionally, our North Facility includes year-round anytime access spots available in our open-air roof-covered storage buildings and parking lots.

Customers are required to sign a waiver, deliver contact information, provide proof of insurance and payment before they are allowed to store their property on-site.
